Gilles Serbource is a BHSI Accredited Coach with over 40 years of experience in riding, producing, and coaching horses and riders across all levels. Competing on the international eventing circuit, Gilles began his career as a professional rider in both eventing and show jumping, combining competition with a lifelong passion for coaching.

From 1992 to 1994, Gilles trained and rode at the prestigious L’École Nationale d’Équitation with the Cadre Noir in Saumur, one of the world’s leading equestrian institutions. He holds an International IGEQ Level 3 qualification and BHSI accreditation, enabling him to train instructors up to BHSI level. His expertise also extends to carriage driving, and he is a British Showjumping Level 2 Course Builder, bringing a highly technical and informed approach to training both horse and rider.

Gilles has extensive experience in breaking and producing horses for all disciplines, with many going on to compete successfully at the highest levels. Prior to moving to the UK eight years ago, he owned and managed two large equestrian centres in France, where he coached riders from complete beginners through to competitive eventing and show jumping teams. He is also qualified to coach disabled riders, reflecting his adaptable and inclusive coaching style.

Costs are circa £40-45 per person depending on your location. Any school / course hire fee is additional to these costs.
